What is your returns procedure?
For digital orders, we have a 60 day money-back guarantee. For physical products, we accept returns within sixty days of your purchase date. All returns need to be mailed to Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Digital purchases are delivered instantly after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may like to double check your junk inbox to check your login information has not been emailed there. 

Physical orders will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days.

Your order will be entrusted with USPS and can take up to 21 days and you will receive a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched which will have your tracking number.

How much is shipping and handling?
For all US orders the shipping and handling prices are $8.25, for all Canadian order $14 and international purchases $25.
